Description
The Mantell Tower is a historic Art Deco building that is home to our private vacation rentals, Miami condos and studios. If you are looking for places to stay in Miami Beach that are close to a golf course and within walking distance to the beach and many popular attractions, this is the ideal spot. Unit 421 has 300 square feet of living space and will sleep two people comfortably. This studio was recently renovated and has pleasant views of the pool.
Unit #421 is nicely decorated with a queen-size bed, night table and a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. There is a contemporary style fold-out sofa bed and a dining table with four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has nice new cabinetry and black marble counter tops. There is a full size refrigerator, a microwave, two built in burners and cook wear. The European style bathroom has new designer fixtures that include an Italian shower tower with rainfall showerhead.
Guests of these private vacation rentals, Miami condos and studios have access to the outdoor swimming pool, sundeck and gym. All of Miami Habitat’s places to stay in Miami are offered with free Wi-Fi, free local dialing and free concierge services. Guests may request additional cleaning services for a small fee.
