The Bennett is a newly-remodeled Art Deco building on Washington Avenue which is the main commercial street in South Beach. It’s next to the Marriott and four blocks from the Delano, the Shore Club and many other upscale places to stay in Miami South Beach. The restaurants, galleries, shops and nightclubs on Lincoln Road, Espanola Way and Ocean Drive are five minutes by foot.
