Description
The Bennett is a historic, Art Deco building located on Washington Avenue which is the main commercial street in South Beach. It’s next to the Marriott and four blocks from the Delano, the Shore Club and many other upscale places to stay in Miami South Beach. The restaurants, galleries, shops and nightclubs on Lincoln Road, Espanola Way and Ocean Drive are five minutes by foot.
Rebuilt in 2007, these South Beach accommodations have all new plumbing and electrical. Unit 206 is on the second-floor and has 650 square feet of space. This vacation condo has a very spacious layout and is filled with light. It has one bedroom and can accommodate up to four guests with the additional two sofa beds located in the living room.
The apartment has wooden bamboo floor throughout and was tastefully decorated “Miami Style” with great design furniture. The living area is a large open space with the sofas on one side and a beautiful open kitchen on the other side.
