Description of your Vacation Rental in Miami Beach
This two-story loft offers 3,500 square feet of pure delight. This loft was conceived as a true New York loft with 24 foot high ceilings and 20 foot floor-to-ceiling windows that allow maximum daylight. The décor is modern and minimalist. It has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and sleeps up to 8 people. When opening the entrance door, guests will discover a dramatic living area with a large open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The two guest bedrooms are on the first level. One has a queen-size bed and the second has a marvelous round king-size bed. Those two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a large layout with a king-size platform bed and in suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower with rainfall shower head. At the entrance of the second floor guests will take advantage of the entertainment and TV room.
This unique South Beach lodging has four large plasma TV’s, one in the living room and in each bedroom. There is a stereo, DVD player, iPod stereo dock and Wi-Fi internet.
To top it off this South Beach lodging is the only loft in the building with a 5,000 square foot rooftop terrace that features a sundeck with hot tub, hot and cold water shower, BBQ area and fantastic views of the city.
Guests will have Wi-Fi internet access throughout the loft.
