This spectacular vacation condo is located in the Roney Palace which is one of the most popular places to stay in Miami South Beach. Guests of unit 531 will enjoy an extended stay in Miami next door to the trendy Gansevoort Hotel in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco District. This one bedroom, one bath condo is 760 square feet and will sleep up to four people with the use of the convertible sofa in the living room.
This unit has tile flooring throughout and has just been updated with new furnishings and décor in each room that includes a modern sectional couch, accent table and 46” inch flat screen TV in the living room. Between the living room and kitchen there is a new dining room table that will seat four people. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar which has four new swivel high chairs.
The bedroom has a new queen-size bed and night table and large walk in closet. The bathroom has white and beige tiles with a combination bathtub and shower.
