What are the reasons I can be evicted from my Miami vacation rental?
Our Miami vacation rentals are meant to be enjoyed safely. There are several eviction risks. Some of the reasons why a guest may be evicted include, but not limited to, public intoxication, illicit substance abuse, throwing parties, nudity, fighting on premises, and smoking in our Miami vacation rentals. Additionally, Miami Habitat maintains a zero noise tolerance policy. Any guest found operating a radio, television set, musical instruments, or other sound producing devices, in such a manner so as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of neighboring inhabitants with louder volume than necessary for the convenient hearing of the person or persons residing inside the room, is a violation of the noise ordinance rule and subject to eviction risks.
Disruption of the peace will not be tolerated. Miami Habitat, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a guest's contract and forfeit all monies paid. In addition the guest will be liable to pay any related fines, as well as any legal fees that Miami Habitat, Inc. or the property owner should incur due to such violation.
