It has 2,700 square feet of living space a large terrace and huge private patio.
Unit 143 is elegantly furnished with tile flooring and a spiral staircase with two wraparound balconies overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The first floor of this Miami lodging penthouse features a large living room with a sleeper sofa and separate dining area. The fully equipped, open kitchen has marble counter tops and all white appliances. From the kitchen you can enter the laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the second level we will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and private terrace. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi. Both the second and third bedroom have two full-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. With the sleeper sofa in the living room this unit can accommodate up to eight people.
