La Hacienda is a wonderful 2,578 sqf house 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Mediterranean waterfront house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This spacious Miami Beach accommodation features an airy and open floor plan that offers the feeling of a true loft. Waterfront legal Miami Beach accommodations are very rare therefore guests should book early on. It is a Zen and serene house by definition and guests looking to secure a great Miami vacation package will be thrilled.
It is located in on the exclusive gated community of Keystone Island and is professionally managed. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is professionally managed.
Keystone is at a 8 minute (real) drive of the wonderful beaches of Bal Harbour. The Island is located 15 mn North of Miami Beach and 15 mn south of Aventura. This house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, groceries stores, and of all possible sport activities:
Entering this villa, guests will appreciate the spacious floor plan with its open areas and more specifically its high ceiling in the living room. To the right of the entrance door, guests will find the open kitchen located next to the dinning table. Moving forward, the comfortable sofas are facing the pool and the tv area. The desk with its computer is located also in the living room. The living room features a bar and pool table.

In the Left wing of the house
The master bedroom is very spacious and opens through French doors to the pool area. It features a great view of the canal. The master is equipped with a queen size bed. The marble bathroom features a tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed .The second marble bathroom is in the hallway and offers a tub.
Right wing of the house
There is the kid's quarter with two additional rooms, a play room space and a bathroom. The first bedroom is spacious and is equipped with a queen size bed and a plasma tv. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. The share bathroom has a shower.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
*Guests will be able to use the villa's computer during their stay and will have access to Hacienda's free high speed Wi-Fi wireless internet.

Christmas was great in this nice house, our group loved it. Jumping from the garden in the boat and cruising Miami water was unbeatable. As I told Juan the patio furniture was a bit tired, let me know when and if you will change it. I hate to be a pain, but more bath towels would have been great too.
