Description
This charming private building has only four units and is one of the more requested places to stay in Miami Florida during vacation. Unit D is one of two South Beach accommodations located on the second floor of L’etoile. This one bedroom, one bath apartment is 650 square foot and sleeps up to four people comfortably.
Unit D has hardwood floors throughout and high ceilings with exposed wood beams in the living room. You will also find a fashionable black leather couch with matching futon that will fold out to a sofa bed. Other decor includes an original Art Deco faux fireplace, coffee table, plasma TV with DVD player and small stereo. Between the living room and the kitchen is a separate dining area with a new modern table and four matching chairs. The dining area opens up to a fully equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, white tile floor and counters and all white appliances.
The Miami Beach vacation apartment’s master bedroom has hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, dresser and a large closet with a safe to secure your valuables. The European style bathroom was completely renovated with new cream colored marble, designer fixtures and large glass enclosed shower.
Miami Habitat offers free Wi-Fi, free local dialing and free concierge services in all of their places to stay in Miami Florida. All guests of L’etoile will have access to the coin operated washer and dryers and may request additional cleaning services for a small fee. South Beach accommodations at L’etoile are secured with 24 hour video surveillance electric entry gate.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
