Description
Unit B is the only one bedroom plus den, extended stay Miami apartment in L’etoile that has been upgraded with a brand new “luxury package.” This 650 square foot apartment received all new designer furnishings in May 2010 making it one of our nicest places to stay in Miami Florida.
The living room of Unit B has the original, Art Deco style faux fireplace which adds character to the oversized living room. There is also a new fashionable silver leather fold-out futon with matching chairs, table and a 32’ wall mounted, plasma TV, DVD player and a radio. Between the living room and the kitchen is a dining room with modern table and four chairs. A breakfast bar and two stools separate the dining room from the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with white tiles, new cabinetry and all new appliances. There is an additional den with a full-size bed that can be accessed from the kitchen.
The bedroom has a modern décor with all new furnishings that include a contemporary queen-size bed with white leather bed frame and a new 32” plasma TV mounted on the wall above. The closet is large and has an in-room safe for quests to store their valuables. The European style bathroom has attractive cream colored marble with designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with rainfall showerheads.
All guests of these extended stay Miami lodging apartments have free local dialing, free WiFi, and access to the coin operated clothes washers and dryers.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

Good experience in Miami even though the website was quite difficult to use. The booking process in the other end went just perfectly and flawlessly. The staff was very nice and friendly during the whole stay. The condition of the condo could have been much better and the plumbing in the kitchen was backed up.
