How do I get into the property?

Once we processed receive the full payment and process the paperwork for our weekly rentals in Miami, our customer service department will then contact the guests to prepare their arrival.

We will confirm each guest’s arrival time so that we can schedule a property manager to meet them at their weekly rentals in Miami. It is crucial however that client’s stick to the processes which has been scheduled around their arrival time. Our properties do not have a front desk and operate only during regular business hours. Check-in requests outside of our normal business hours must be made in advance through your rental sales associate. Once we know the expected arrival time we will meet all guests at the property to process to the check in.

Guests will need to call the property manager 30 minutes prior to their arrival to confirm their onsite check-in at the property. If guests do not make this call to the property manager there will not be anyone at the property to meet them. We have numerous guests checking in and checking out each day therefore it is important for our property managers to stay on schedule.
