Description of your Vacation Rental in Miami Beach

This unit is one of six condo vacation rentals in Miami, located at Hispaniola House. It is one of the more popular vacation rentals in Miami Beach. Unit 6 has 900 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and will accommodate six people comfortably. This newly renovated Miami vacation rental apartment is located on the upper floor of Hispaniola House facing the street.

The living room has hardwood floors and a trendy decor that includes a black leather fold out futon, matching chair, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a dining area with a contemporary table four chairs. At the end of the living room is a door that accesses a small balcony overlooking Pennsylvania Avenue. On the other end the living room is the open style kitchen with tile flooring, marble countertops and a European style washer and dryer for your clothes.

There are queen-size beds, night stands and a dresser in both bedrooms.  One of the closets has a safe for our guests to store their valuables.  The newly redone bathroom has beige marble from floor to ceiling and new designer fixtures. 

Hispaniola House has a 24 hour video surveillance camera and secured entry doors for your security. All of our vacation rentals in Miami Beach have free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
