Description of your Vacation Rental in Miami Beach


Unit 5 is one of six, Miami vacation rentals in the Hispaniola House, one of our more popular vacation rentals in Miami Beach. This Miami vacation rental apartment has 900 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and one bathroom. This second floor apartment is on the south side of the building and sleeps up to six people comfortably. This unit has been recently renovated and furnished with trendy, new furnishings.

This apartmens has a spacious living room has a modern fold out, leather futon with coordinating chair and accent tables. There is also a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is a dining area in front of the window with table and six high-back chairs.  The living room is separated from the open style kitchen by a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has nice new marble counter tops and a dishwasher.

Both bedrooms in this Miami lodging apartment are brightly decorated with queen-size beds, night stands and a dresser. The master bedroom has a combination safe in the closet so guests may secure their valuables. The large bathroom has marble and tile from floor to ceiling and new fixtures that include a designer vanity and shower with rainfall shower head.

All of our Miami Beach vacation rentals offer free local dialing, free WiFi and free concierge services and cable internet service. The building is secured with a 24 hour video surveillance camera. We also offer free concierge services to all of our guests and you may request additional cleaning services for a small fee. 

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
