Hispaniola Houses close proximity to the beach and South Beach night life make it one of the most popular places to stay in Miami Fl. Unit 4 is one of six private vacation rentals Miami apartments located in this Art Deco style building. This two bedroom and one bath unit has 900 square feet of living space and will sleep up to six people comfortably. This spacious vacation rental is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated.
This living room in Unit 4 has a contemporary décor with two fold-out futons an LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a modern dining table with four chairs. The living room is separated from the large open style kitchen by a breakfast bar and two matching bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has nice new marble counter tops and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms in this vacation rental have queen-size beds with matching night stands and dressers. Both bedrooms are brightly decorated with spacious closets and one bedroom has a safe in the closet for you to store your valuables. The bathroom has marble and tile from floor to ceiling and new designer fixtures that include a marble vanity and rainfall shower head.
All of our private vacation rentals, Miami apartments and condos have free local dialing and WiFi service. Hispaniola House has a secured entry and 24 hour video surveillance cameras. Miami Habitat's guests may request additional cleaning services for a small fee in all our places to stay in Miami Fl.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
