Description
Hispaniola House is one of our most popular places to stay in Miami Fl. This 900 square foot, two bedroom, one bath unit is one of the more popular places to rent. Miami lodging in Unit 2 is located on the ground floor at Hispaniola House and will sleep up to six people comfortably. This unit was recently renovated and has tile flooring throughout the common areas with hardwood floors in the bedrooms.
The living room in this vacation rental has a black leather convertible sofa, coffee table, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Unit 2 is the only vacation rental in Hispaniola House that has its own private, outdoor terrace with a table and four chairs. You can access the terrace through sliding glass doors in the living room. Walk up three stairs and you enter a small dining area with a modern glass table and four chairs. This room also opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with new wood cabinetry, marble counter tops and all white appliances.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds, night tables and a dresser. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a closet safe securing your valuables. The European style bathroom was beautifully redone in beige tile and designer fixtures.
All places to rent, Miami Habitat apartments have free local dialing, free WiFi and access to coin operated washers and dryers. There are 24 hour video cameras and secured entry doors for your protection. We also offer additional cleaning services if may be requested for a small fee.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
