Description of your Vacation Rental in Miami Beach


Another one of Miami Habitat’s popular vacation rentals in Miami is at Hispaniola House.  This 900 square foot, two bedrooms, one bath unit is one of six vacation rentals on Miami Beach located in this Art Deco building. Unit 1 is located on the ground floor and will accommodate up to six people. It has been completely renovated and decorated with new Art Deco style furnishings. 

The living room has hardwood floors and is furnished with a black, leather pull-out couch, a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Next to the original Art Deco, faux fireplace is a modern dining table with four chairs. Up two stairs and to the right is the fully equipped kitchen. Past the kitchen are two large bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other 2 twin size bed, night stands and a dresser. There is ample closet space and one bedroom has a security a safe in the closet so guests may store their valuables. The bathroom has beige tile and new designer fixtures that include a marble vanity and rainfall shower head.

All of our Miami Beach vacation rentals have free local dialing, Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey* and access to coin operated washers and dryers. Hispaniola House is one of the most secure places to stay in Miami Fl with combination entry and 24 hour video surveillance for your protection.

Our vacation rentals in Miami offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

    I would like to thank Jesica and the entire Miami Habitat staff for making my spring break trip so enjoyable. The location to south beath area was perfect only about a five minute walk, adjacent to a nice restaurant, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The condo it's self was amazing, huge bedroom, bathroom was clean and spacious, and the living room space was nice. the kitchen was a lil small but we didn't spend much time there. I want to thank you guys again and I will be back!!

    We had to call the property manager to get the keys of the apartment when we arrived. He showed us the place and was very friendly with us. The apartment was basic but nice with clean towels and bed sheets however the kitchen was a little small but well equipped. It was very close to Lincoln Road and the beach.

    The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was working at the Convention Center and I could easily walk to it so it was very convenient for my needs. More towels at the apartment would have been great. I’d definitely come back next year.
