Please note that junior room is small, refer to the pictures before you book. The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
This charming Art Deco building with its tropical courtyard garden is one of our most requested places to stay in Miami Beach. Unit 1542-8 is one of sixteen private vacation rentals Miami Beach lodging apartments located within the Courtyard. This junior, three bedroom and one bath apartment has 950 square feet of living space and sleeps up to eight people. Unit 1542-8 is located on the second floor of the North building. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The living room has a comfortable décor with updated furnishings that include two plush couches. One of the couches folds out and will sleep two people. There is also dinette set with four chairs, a new 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.
Through a door in the living room you can access a den which has been converted into a Junior bedroom. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with matching night tables and dresser. There is a security safe in the closet that guests may use to store their valuables. There is a door from the master bedroom that leads out to the private balcony overlooking the central courtyard.
The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M) that will sleep 2 people.

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement. Using a parking permit will let you save a lot of money.
