The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
Unit 1542-7 is one of sixteen condos in Miami for vacation located at the Courtyard. This historic Art Deco building with its central tropical garden is one of the most popular places to stay in Miami Beach while on vacation. Unit 1542-7 is a 950 square foot junior, three bedroom and one bathroom apartment located on the ground floor in the North building. It will sleep up to eight people comfortably.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.
This apartment is full of light and very cozy with new furnishings and a modern decor. The living room has two plush sofas. One of the sofas folds out and will sleep two more people. There is also a contemporary style dining table with four chairs, a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo.
This Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).
Down the hallway are two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, night tables and large closet with an in-room safe for guests to store their valuables. The master bedroom has a door that opens to a private terrace overlooking the tropical courtyard. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The bathroom has been completely redone with European style fixtures that include a designer shower with an Italian rainfall shower head.
Our condos in Miami for vacation are provided with free Wi-Fi. All units at the Courtyard and Miami Habitat's other places to stay in Miami Beach offer phone service with local calls only. For your security the Courtyard has a coded entry gate and 24 hour security cameras.
Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

We had a good stay in Miami and we were satisfied with our property. The unit could have been cleaner and in better condition but we had what has been told and showed on the Internet. I think we would book through you again if we are coming back to Miami.
All related to WiFi,TV,VCR and Air conditioned must be chek before and someone must teach to the client how to use at the arrival of the client.
In our case we arrive during the weekend and nobody help us in the solution.
