Description
This unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and covers 950 sq.ft. It features brand new furniture, appliances, kitchen, hardwood floors and a small balcony with a view of the courtyard. This unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.
You can enjoy of the beautiful terrace and the Miami weather, inside the apartment has central AC for your convenience and comfort. The apartment is full of light and very cozy with a living room that is nicely furnished. The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, etc.
The beautiful living room comes with comfortable furniture and an old and very charming chimney (non working), and comfortable furniture, there is a separated dinning room next to the Kitchen which is totally equipped. The bedrooms are nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twins size beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has alarm system for your safety.
The whole building is provided by wireless internet service, coin-working washer and dryer also available. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us.

We had a good stay in Miami and we were satisfied with our property. The unit could have been cleaner and in better condition but we had what has been told and showed on the Internet. I think we would book through you again if we are coming back to Miami.
All related to WiFi,TV,VCR and Air conditioned must be chek before and someone must teach to the client how to use at the arrival of the client.
In our case we arrive during the weekend and nobody help us in the solution.
