The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
The Courtyard is a charming Art Deco building with a central tropical garden and is one of Miami Habitat’s most requested places to stay in Miami. Unit 1542-5 is a spacious, 650 square foot extended stay Miami vacation rental located on the second floor of the North building. This junior, two bedroom and one bath apartment will sleep up to six people. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

Unit 1542-6 has comfortable modern décor with hardwood floors throughout.
The living room has two black leather couches and one pulls out and will sleep two more people. Next to the original Art Deco faux fire place is a plasma TV with DVD player and stereo. In the living room you will also find a dining area with a modern table and four chairs. Past the living room there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a second bedroom.

The mater Bedroom has a queen-size bed with coordinating night table and dresser. The closet has a safe in it for guests to keep their valuables. The newly redone bathroom has designer fixtures.
This Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people(54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M). The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

Hans Montag - 2010-01-18We stayed at the Courtyard where we had wonderful experience. The website was easy to found and to use. The booking of the condo was made easily and we had an excellent experience. The condo looked exactly the way it was described on the website. The place was clean and in very good condition. We were really satisfied with the condo. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. We did have some problems and we were satisfied by the way it was resolved
Parking permit was missing but provided right away when mentioned. Bikes weren't working but got repaired after some prodding. However, the balcony furniture was missing and there was no rod in the closet, neither of which was resolved at all. So we could neither sit on the balcony nor hang our clothes, which was a little annoying.
We would definitely recommend Miami Habitat to our family and friends. Next time we come to Miami, we are definitely renting through this website again.
