The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.

Apartment #1540-3 is one of sixteen private vacation rentals, located at the Courtyard. This delightful Art Deco building with tropical courtyard garden is one of our most requested places to stay in Miami.

The court Yard was built in the 1930's and was designated as a historic property while all of its units have been renovated for the comfort of its guests. Our private vacation rentals in Miami have been pleasing domestic as well as international guests since 2001.

Unit 1540-3 is a 650 square foot, junior two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the Courtyard. This apartment will sleep up to six people comfortably.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

Living area private vacation rentals Miami:
Unit 1540-3 is decorated with modern furnishings that include a black leather pull-out couch, loveseat and matching chair. You will also find a contemporary style table with four chairs a flat screen TV, DVD and a stereo. Through the living room and in the hallway there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into junior bedroom. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

Bedroom area private vacation rentals Miami:
The master bedroom receives lots of sunlight and has a queen-size bed, night tables and matching dresser. The closet has a combination safe for guests to secure their valuables. From this bedroom there is a door that leads out to a private balcony overlooking the garden courtyard. The European style bathroom has all new fixtures.

This Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

All of our private vacation rentals, offers free local dialing and Wi-Fi service. The Courtyard has a secured entry gate and 24 hour video surveillance cameras.

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
