The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
The Courtyard is another one of the most popular South Beach accommodation building. This 650 square feet junior two bedroom apartment is one of sixteen South Beach accommodations located within the Courtyard. Unit 1540-2 is located on the second floor in the front of the building and will sleep up to 6 guests. Condo South Beach accommodation are much in demand due to the recent crack down by the city of Miami Beach on illegal rentals based on its 2010 ban on short term rental throughout the city. More than 90% south beach accommodation were declared illegal and have to stop operating.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally to six people comfortably.
Living area in this place to stay in Miami:
The living room has a modernized ‘Art Deco’ décor that includes a leather fold-out futon that will sleep two people and two contemporary leather swivel chairs. The living room also includes a plasma TV, DVD player, stereo and a modern glass diner table with four chairs. Through the living room there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a junior second bedroom. This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a new bedroom set that includes a queen-size bed and coordinating night tables and a dresser. The closet has an in-room safe that guests can use to secure their valuables. From the bedroom you can access a private balcony with a table and chairs that overlooks the entrance to the building. The bathroom has European style fixtures.
This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people(54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).
All of our South Beach accommodations are offered with free phone and, free Wi-Fi. The Courtyard building has 24-hour video cameras and a coded entry gate.
Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
