Please note that junior room is small, refer to the pictures before you book. The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
This charming Art Deco building with tropical courtyard garden is one of our most requested places to stay in Miami. This building is ideally located on a quiet street at a 2 mn walk to Lincoln road and 10 minutes to the beach. We offer great Miami vacation packages for guests coming from all over the world.

Unit 1540-1 is 650 square foot junior two bedroom located on the ground floor. It will sleep six people. Unit 1540-1 has trendy 'South Beach' décor with hardwood floors throughout.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.
Living area:
The spacious living room has a black leather couch, fold-out futon, two suede chairs and coordinating accent tables. There is also a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo. Past the living room in the hallway there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a junior bedroom.. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a new queen-size, platform bed, night tables and coordinating dresser. There is a large closet with a safe for guests to secure their valuables. From the bedroom you can access the private balcony that overlooks the garden courtyard. The bathroom has been redone using top of the line designer fixtures.
This Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
