Unit 1538-8 is one of sixteen South Beach accommodations within this popular Art Deco building. This 950 square foot, junior three bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the North building and will sleep up to eight people. Guests should know that 3 bedrooms units in South Beach are extremely rare, they constitute maybe 5% of all vacation rentals. They offer incredible value and are the best Miami vacation packages.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The living room in this vacation rental has two leather futons (one folds out to a sofa), coffee table, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a modern glass dining table with four chairs.

Bedrooms of this South Beach accommodation:
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, night table and matching dresser. The closet has a security safe for our guests to store their valuables.

The second bedroom has two full size beds, nightstand and dresser.

The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M) that will sleep 2 people.

The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower.
