Please note that junior room is small, refer to the pictures before you book. The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.

The Courtyard is another of Miami Habitat's popular places to stay in Miami Beach. This 950 square foot junior, three bedroom is one of sixteen South Beach accommodations located within the Courtyard. Unit 1538-7 is located on the ground floor and will sleep up to eight people comfortably.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

Living area of this place to stay in Miami Beach:
Unit 1538-7 has a trendy, modern décor that includes an original Art Deco faux fireplace, leather fold-out futon, coffee table, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo.

The living room also has a modern dining table with six chairs. Through a door in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a Junior bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this junior bedroom..

Bedrooms of this South Beach accommodation:
The master bedroom gets lots of natural sunlight and is nicely decorated with a queen-size bed, night tables and a dresser. The spacious closet includes a security safe for guests to store their valuables.

The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, night table and a dresser. The European style bathroom has new fixtures, elegant white tile work and a glass enclosed shower with a new Italian shower tower.

The Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

All of our places to stay in Miami have free Wi-Fi. Guests staying in our South Beach accommodations at the Courtyard have access to phone for local phone call only. The Courtyard has 24-hour video surveillance and secured entry gate.

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

  This was our first time in Miami we were trilled with this condo, especially the location. It’s the perfect little walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Nightlife and anything else you could hope to do in South Beach.
  
  We had plenty of space for four of us, loved having the kitchen to cook once in a while since it can be pricey to eat out.
  
  We specially love it the proximity to Lincoln road great places to eat and shop. Espanola way was another one of our favorite spots.
