The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.

Unit 1538-5 is one of sixteen, vacation condo rentals in Miami Beach. They are located at our Courtyard property. The buildings charming Art Deco style and impressive tropical courtyard have made it one of our most popular vacation rentals in Miami. This tastefully decorated junior two bedroom apartment has 650 square feet of living space and sleeps up to six people comfortably. Unit 1538-5 is located on the first floor of the Courtyard in the south building.

This Miami vacation rental property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

Living area:
Unit 1538-5 has a new trendy décor yet maintains its original Art Deco style charm. The spacious living room has nice hardwood flooring and a unique faux-fireplace from the 1930’s. Other furnishings include a trendy leather sofa bed, end table, cable TV, DVD player and stereo. Also in the living room is a modern glass dining table with four chairs. Through a door next to the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a Junior bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this Junior bedroom.

Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed night table and matching dresser. The closet has an in-room safe so guests may store their valuables. From the bedroom there is a door that leads to a small outdoor terrace.

This Junior bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

The bathroom has beige tile from the floor to ceiling and a combination bathtub and shower.

Miami Habitat offers free local phones and free WiFi with all our Miami Beach vacation condo rentals. All of our places to stay in Miami have 24-hour video surveillance cameras for your protection.

Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

  All were generally pleasant and hope to rent again next year, same time. The staff in the office & property manager were outstanding and very attentive, especially Pablo, Daniel, and Lorena. The property is lovely, very comfortable, and roomy. We did not call for any problems but left a detailed list of minor inconveniences and/or problems.
  
  My son, who was one of the 6 people staying on the property, left a detailed list of repairs needed, none of them serious but more of a nuisance and/or inconvenience (some jets in master bath not working, some hinges in kitchen loose and/or broken, patio furniture old & stayed, patio chairs needed cushions, buzzer on dryer never stopped buzzing). We considered them minor but too many to be left unattended to for the future or for the price.
