This charming Art Deco building with its tropical courtyard garden is one of our most requested places to stay in Miami. Unit 1536-4 is one of sixteen private vacation rentals Miami located within the Courtyard.
This junior, two bedroom, one bath apartment has 650 square feet of living space and will sleep up to six people. Unit 1536-4 is located on the second floor of the North building and has been newly renovated.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The living room has comfortable modern furnishings that include an oversized sofa, fold out futon, accent table and a plasma TV with DVD player. Between the two sofas is a door that leads to a balcony that overlooks the lush tropical courtyard. Next to the original Art Deco faux fireplace is a dining table with four chairs. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom.

The master bedroom receives lots of sunlight and has a queen-size bed, night tables and matching dresser. The closet has a combination safe for guests to secure their valuables. From this bedroom there is a door that leads out to a private balcony overlooking the garden courtyard. The European style bathroom has all new fixtures.
