The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.
The Courtyard is one of South Beach most requested South Beach accommodation. It is popular for the quality of its apartments and for its great Miami Vacation packages.
Unit 1536-2, was renovated while preserving its historic heritage. This apartment is on the ground floor and has over 650 square feet of living space. It will sleep up to six people comfortably.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally. Guests should book as early as possible to get the best Miami vacation packages.
Living area of this South Beach accommodation:
The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture including a stylish leather fold-out futon, matching chairs and new coffee table. There is also a wall mounted, 32” plasma TV with DVD player and a stereo and a table with four chairs. From the living room there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a junior bedroom. This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

Down the hall is the master bedroom with new loft style, queen-size bed and a wall-mounted 32’ plasma TV. The closet is spacious and has a combination safe so guests can store their valuables. Through the master bedroom you can access a small private terrace. The bathroom has been renovated with designer fixtures.
The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M) that will sleep 2 people.
In order to enhance our Miami vacation packages we provide free Wi-Fi and free local phones. The Courtyard has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.
Parking can be challenging in Miami Beach, the surrounding streets are residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients, they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis. If you desire a parking permit please make sure that you reserve it while you book. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
