Description
Unit B is one of only two private vacation rentals that are located in the main building of Casa Gaby. This 1,300 square foot apartment takes up the entire second floor and is one of the more popular places to stay in Miami for larger families and groups of friends that are traveling together. Unit B has four bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate up to ten people. It is tastefully decorated with a trendy décor and modern furnishings.
The living room has two chocolate brown futon sofas that fold out to a bed and matching accent tables. Keeping its Art Deco charm the living room still has the original Art Deco faux fire place. There is also a wall mounted plasma TV with cable. Past the kitchen is the dining room with a modern rectangular table and eight high-back chairs. Through the kitchen you will see the newly remodeled kitchen with custom cabinetry, marble countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen you will see a washer and dryer for clothes. The master bedroom overlooks the front of the building and has a queen-size bed, dresser and matching night stands. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV and a large closet with a security safe. The master bathroom has European style fixtures that include a shower with rainfall shower heads. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds, dressers and wall mounted flat screen TV’s. There are two twin-size beds in the fourth bedroom making it perfect for smaller children or teens. The second bathroom has designer fixtures and a shower with waterfall shower heads.
All of our vacation rentals have free local dialing, free WiFi and an in-room safe so guests may secure their valuables. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection.
The private vacation rentals at Casa Gaby are ideally located next to Flamingo Park in a quiet South Beach neighborhood just five minutes by foot from the beach. The trendy restaurants, shops, art galleries and nightlife of Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road Mall are two minutes away by car.
This unit comes with 2 assigned parking spots ( tandem parking)
