This luxury high-rise building is one of the newest places to stay in Miami South Beach. The magnificent unobstructed views from its units will take your breath away. Unit 1714 is a 1,200 square foot, two bedroom, two bath extended stay Miami vacation rental. This 17th floor condo will sleep four people and offers incredible views of the water from every room.
Unit 1714 has white marble flooring throughout and chic loft style furnishings. The living room has a rich brown leather couch, heavy wood accent tables and contemporary lighting. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Sliding glass doors lead out to the wrap-around balcony with views of Fisher Island and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a dining area with rectangular wood dining table and six brown leather chairs. The modern kitchen has custom cabinetry, marble counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. From the kitchen is a small room with a washer and a dryer.
The large master bedroom is surrounded by large windows offering superb views of the wide open bay. It includes a large king-size bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features white marble and is equipped with a shower and a large tub. The guest bedroom has a beautiful view on South Beach and on the Ocean and is equipped with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and is equipped with a tub. Both bedrooms offer breathtaking views of Star Island and of downtown Miami.
