Description
The Barbizon, Miami Beach vacation condos, was built in 1937 by premier Art Deco architect, Henry Hohauser. In 1997, keeping its original Art Deco charm, it was restored into a condo hotel and now houses Miami vacation rentals.
Penthouse 3 is located on the top floor and is one of the most preferred Miami Beach vacation condos on Ocean Drive. This 1,170 square foot penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a half bath for guests and will accommodate up to 8 people. This is the only one of our Miami vacation rentals that has 2 terraces both overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Famous Ocean Drive.
The huge, open living room has freshly polished hardwood floors and is comfortably decorated with colorful and trendy furniture. The living room with is two oversized plush sofas and a day bed can sleep two more people. You will also find a 32’ inch TV, stereo and sliding glass doors that open up to the terrace. The large outdoor terrace has a table and four chairs as well as lounging chairs for sunbathing.
Between this Miami vacation rentals’ living room and the kitchen is a formal dining table that sits up to six people. On the other side you will find a fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishware and utensils. Beside the kitchen is the guest bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private terrace that also overlooks the ocean, lumus Park and famous Ocean Drive. There is also a TV and large closets. The master bathroom has all new designer fixtures and cream colored marble from floor to ceiling. There is a Jacuzzi tub, his and her vanity sinks and a bidet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king a TV and lots of closet space. The second bathroom has marble and tile from floor to ceiling, European style vanity and glass enclosed shower. Both bedrooms and baths are supplied with bed linens, bath towels, wash towels and hand towels.
All of our Miami Beach vacation condos have free internet service, access to washer and dryers and free local calls. All Miami vacation rentals have key or coded entries and 24 hour video surveillance for your protection.
